Sharing books aloud as a family is not only fun but helps children learn to use their imagination. Longer books that are listened to over several days or weeks creates anticipation and a love for stories. What a great way to make bed time a FUN time. Kids hurry to cuddle with loving adults as they take an exciting journey through a great story.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to teach new vocabulary words and explain strengths and weaknesses of main characters. Make story time contagious—read books aloud with your children.
