Wild About Manners

As teachers of young children, we noticed there was an increased need to intentionally help children understand how to treat one another with kindness and respect.

The concept for Wild About Manners began with a desire to use humor to help young children understand important ideas about how to care for themselves, others and their environment.

It’s a fun and whimsical story about a little girl who invites her zoo animal friends to her party only to have to remind them how to behave. Designed to teach children kindness and respect in a fun delightful way. It is sure to make kids giggle out loud!

Wild About Manners is a delightful book with lovely illustrations. The book uses a party setting with a young girl and her animal friends in order to portray the proper way to behave when attending a social event – in this case a party. Manners are taught by the young girl to the various animals through verses that rhyme. Young children will enjoy having this book read to them over and over. The artwork is fabulous.
